IRS view of Health Care -- By Richard Palmquist You're in the taxpayer's army now. You need to learn how to bow. With sweat on your brow, and no rights at all You're in the 1040 brigade for good. No wonder you are surprised. You thought law and Constitution apply. But there is no law That says you must file Just public policy rules; so smile. You thought “We the People” control a limited government goal, But the judges ignore the most sacred of rules So, fall in step or be thought a fool. You say you don't want to serve? Well then, give them what they deserve. Avoid net income. File returns with no sum. And pray for Liberty's return. Remember, the government can set up an unlimited number of checking accounts into which no deposit ever need be made, and they can write checks from those accounts that will be GOOD checks. So, why do they need the IRS? To inflict pain. Written May 14, 2007. 5:20 p.m. At St. Agnes Hospital, Fresno, California, while my wife was treated in emergency for a trauma following her May 5, open hear surgery. Just two days after that surgery, Ms. Kris Bodner, appeals officer for the IRS forced me to put stressful IRS documents in front of my wife for her signature. Bodner refused to extend time. My choice was to be liable for an additional $20,000 or so, or have Dolores sign. This, in my opinion, is the chief reason her diastolic heart rate went to only 14, and she had to be treated nine hours in emergency, including having “the paddles” placed on her to re-regulate her heart rate.
